2. Dido Smart Health Bracelet

Dido Smart Health Bracelet is a smartwatch monitor physiological indicators. It provides:

blood pressure and heart rate detection
electrocardiogram monitor & playback
step count & calorie & distance
sleep monitor.

We use it to compare the differences in human physiological indicators between before and after forest therapy activities.

4. COM-3200PROⅡ Air Ion Counter

COM-3200PROⅡ Air Ion Counter is a handheld meter designed to measure ion density – the number of ion per cubic centimetre (ion/cc) in air. The 2 million range is sufficient for almost all situations.

It measures this number separately for positive and negative ions (+ and – ions are usually present simultaneously), which is

Ideal for outdoor natural environment measurement, since a continuation 8-time test is possible with the built-in battery
The world range power supply in which overseas use is possible is used

6. MindWave Mobile 2: Brainwave Starter Kit

MindWave Mobile 2: Brainwave Starter Kit is a device that monitors brainwave activity. It helps us understand brain’s activity and offers some useful functions:

Brainwave Detection: It measures and records your brainwaves, presenting them in charts to help you understand your mental state.
Attention and Relaxation Monitoring: By analyzing brainwaves, it shows your levels of attention and relaxation at different times, aiding in managing your mental state.

7. Salivary amylase tester

Made in Japan, which uses the activity of salivary amylase in saliva as a basis for judgment of mood and stress.

A salivary amylase tester can measure the activity of salivary amylase, with units in KIU/L.

According to data from the Taiwan Forestry Research Institute:

“For normal adults, salivary amylase activity below 30 kIU/L indicates no stress; 31-45 kIU/L indicates mild stress; 46-60 kIU/L indicates moderate stress; and above 61 kIU/L indicates severe stress.” Quoted from Taiwan Forestry Research Institute, “Forestry Research Newsletter” Issue 23, Volume 5, Page 19.

Testing range: 10 to 200 kIU/L (with a margin of error of plus or minus 20%).
Reproducibility: 10% using temperature: 20°C to 30°C.
